This established luxury hotel business business is seeking a manager to manage the main 45 cover restaurant, bar and events.

The hotel is renowned for their restaurant and bar, showcasing a high-end dining concept.

The food and beverage operations manager will work closely with the hotel manager to ensure exceptional levels of service are maintained throughout the F&B department.

The role will focus on managing the team, providing training and support.
